What is the cost for a buyer's agent?
NOTHING, ZILCH, NOTTA! Any compensation given to a REALTOR® is recognized by the builder as a marketing fee and has no impact on the final cost of the home. Builders expect and encourage REALTOR® participation in the sale of their homes.
You will NOT get a better price on a new home without representation.
Be aware that the representative in the model home works for the builder, not for you! You are not represented unless you have a Realtor® working on your behalf. When registering in the Model Homes you should bring your Realtor® or let the sales representative know that you are working with a realtor!
