Why you need a Buyer's Agent
As your buyer agent, I will promote your best interests, be loyal to you, follow your lawful instructions, provide you with all material facts that could influence your decisions, use reasonable skill, care and diligence, and account for all monies handled for you. Once you have agreed for me to be your buyer agent, I may not give any confidential information about you to the sellers or their agent without your permission. In most cases, the seller pays my fee so it costs you NOTHING, ZERO, NOT ONE CENT to use me as your buyer agent!
